Asphalt Paver

I am planning to have my clay paver Sealed, and contemplating whether to use Glossy or Matt finish. Which one looks better?

I also heard Glossy sealer will also enhance (or deepen) the colour, but will it also make the paver more slippery especially during wet weather?

And do you know how long will this sealant lasts, and do we have to redo it again within the next few years?
